  1. Singapore income tax law considers company directors as employees and the benefits derived from interest-free/subsidised loans are taxable as employment benefits.

  8. Tech Pass is a visa that allows established global tech talent, including entrepreneurs, leaders or technical experts to take on multiple economic activities.
  9. As announced in Budget 2025, active companies that have employed at least one local employee in 2024 will receive a minimum benefit of $2,000 in the form of a CIT rebate cash grant.
  10. Singapore Changi Airport has been named the World’s Best Airport 2025 in the World Airport awards held in Madrid. This is the thirteenth time in history Singapore Changi Airport has achieved this top accolade.
